The text must be written in Word2000 or .ps format or .pdf format using the Times New Roman fonts. The text must be single-spaced, and a blank line should follow each paragraph.

Papers that fail to meet these standards will not be published in the proceedings, but the abstracts will still be on-line and the presentations to the conferences will still be possible.
